Extra Phospho Power (PK) is a distinguished formulation with high concentrations of Phosphorus at 20% and Potassium at 27%. It is known that Potassium plays a vital role in many metabolic processes at the cellular level in plants, such as its significant role in maintaining water balance within cells at the tissue level, promoting and increasing flowering levels, improving fruit set ratios, increasing fruit size, and enhancing sugar concentration, in cooperation with Boron in this regard. Moreover, Phosphorus is involved in many essential metabolic processes at the cellular level, being the primary element in energy compounds such as Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) and Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP), which are necessary for oxidation and reduction processes at the cellular level, leading to various physiological processes.
Extra Phospho Power (PK) contains some additives that cause significant and tangible changes, which are reflected in the plants or trees treated with it in a short period, causing an increase in flowering rates, faster fruit set, and consequently, an increase in the number of fruits and their size. The initial results can be observed shortly after spraying, within a few days.
Extra Phospho Power (PK) supports plant needs during the flowering stage by increasing the percentage of flower bud development. Potassium is considered one of the essential elements with a significant role alongside light, heat, humidity, and the internal hormonal level at the cellular level in controlling what is called the "differentiation and bud development stage." This stage is very important for plants as it precedes the flowering stage, aiming to transform buds from vegetative to floral buds, which results in abundant and strong flowering levels, high fruit set rates, and ideal fruit formation.
Extra Phospho Power (PK) is recommended for all field crops, such as cereal crops like wheat, corn, and rice, and tuber crops like sugar beet, taro, and sweet potatoes. It is also recommended for leguminous crops such as peanuts, broad beans, peas, beans, as well as onions, garlic, and sunflowers. It is used for all vegetable crops, including Solanaceae family crops such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, and peppers, and Cucurbitaceae family crops such as cucumbers, zucchini, watermelon, and cantaloupe, as well as strawberries. Additionally, it is used for fruit orchards such as pome fruits (apples, pears), stone fruits (peaches, apricots, plums), grapes, citrus, olives, mangoes, avocados, and others.
Application Rates and Usage:
The application is done through foliar spraying and is used at a rate of 500 ml per acre for vegetable or field crops, and at a rate of 150 ml per 100 liters of water for fruit orchards at the beginning of the post-fruit set stage to improve fruit specifications, size, color, and sugar levels.
